We have some great news - the government recently announced that the deadline for completion on a new home bought using the ‘Help To Buy’ scheme has been extended to the 29th February 2021, so you still have plenty of time to buy a home using the scheme.

Here’s how the ‘Help To Buy’ scheme works:

• ‘Help To Buy’ allows you to buy a new home up to the value of £600,00 with just 5% deposit.

• The government will lend you up to 20% of your new home’s value as an equity loan, interest-free for five years, and you can apply for a mortgage based on the remaining 75%.
