Berkeley DeVeer has been shortlisted for Housebuilder of the Year by the Insider Yorkshire Property Awards, whilst being shortlisted for Best Residential Development at Orchard Park in Ulleskelf, too. The Orchard Park development is situated in the beautiful Yorkshire countryside to the East of Leeds, and located in the tranquil village of Ulleskelf. Recently fully completed, both us and our new homeowners think it is definitely award-worthy! The Residential Development of the Year category is for the company that has developed a new housing scheme that impresses in terms of construction and design quality as well as having a positive impact on the local area. With two award shortlistings, we hope this can be a successful year for BDV and we will be attending the ceremony this September. Wish us luck!
