Land West of Knaresborough Road, Bishop Monkton – Virtual Exhibition
Introduction

Prior to submitting any planning application, we are always keen to hear the views of the local community on our draft development proposals. As you will be aware, given the Coronavirus pandemic, there are public restrictions currently in place on public gatherings and events. Consequently, our planned method of community consultation which would normally involve a ‘drop-in community exhibition event’ has been amended to safeguard the public.
To ensure that everyone has an opportunity to view, understand and influence our draft development proposals prior to submitting an application to Harrogate Borough Council, we have provided you with a ‘virtual exhibition’.
The exhibition is made up of several consultation boards which you can read and print if necessary. Alfa Home are committed to engaging with the local community about its proposals and would like to hear your views on this scheme. Like a face-to-face event, there is an opportunity for you to provide us with your comments and questions via our comments form below.
All thoughts and suggestions received will be considered by the team as part of the the planning application and will be recorded with a Statement of Community Involvement report which will be submitted to Harrogate Council as part of the planning application.
